The PROCESS
The experience combines 3D environments, 2D assets, and textures simulating a watercolor painting to recreate the city with a distinctive artistic style. Custom materials and interactive systems were developed to allow users to paint elements of the environment with their hands, gradually bringing the virtual world to life through real-time color transformations.

THE INSTALLATION
The experience was designed as an immersive VR journey lasting approximately two and a half minutes. Visitors could explore six iconic Parisian landmarks and interact with the environment using hand tracking, transforming the city into a living canvas. Technical testing was conducted ahead of the event, with support available throughout the project to ensure the experience ran smoothly
Result
The final experience transformed Paris into an interactive, living painting, combining virtual reality, artistic direction, and hand-driven interactions. By allowing visitors to bring the city to life through their own gestures, the project created a playful and immersive way to experience the spirit of Paris.
